I'm Anna Maya, and I offer a unique blend of practical, grounded, heartfelt training in healing modalities like Hatha & Restorative Yoga, iRest Yoga Nidra and Chakradance movement therapy.

My work with individuals, groups and corporate clients provides movement-based therapies that create better physical and emotional health and wellbeing, and a greater capacity to meet life's challenges.
