My Hatha yoga classes aim to unite the yin and the yang – the dark and the light – and bring these two opposites into harmony and balance.
Restorative Yoga is a gentle, but highly relaxing, yet rejuvenating and powerful form of yoga, where each pose is held for 5-10 minutes at a time, enabling you to surrender and stretch much more deeply.
iRest Yoga Nidra
There’s normal meditation… and then there’s iRest Yoga Nidra! If you’ve never tried, or even heard of it, this is an incredible, transformative practice of deep relaxation and meditative inquiry.
